Scene 298: A Touch in the Rain

Upon a bed of sunflowers
the frown flutters
dancing about the petals

So serene, such sadness
upon a scene so surreal
with showers on the sun

The frown gently rests
soaking in the flowers
but the clouds refuse

Oh, how tangible, the sky
that it clumps together
and lumps itself with you

Oh, how lonely, the horizon
must be, that it falls in pieces
on your frown
